Fabio is dedicated to helping hospitality business owners seek operational efficiencies and leverage their greatest assets – their associates. By aligning the company’s mission and vision, he will increase associate engagement, improve customer service, increase top line performance and achieve bottom line results.
Fabio’s hospitality career spans over 15 years in all phases of hotel operations. He has worked in the independent, branded and resort segments in New England and Florida. His branded affiliations include Marriott, Hilton, Starwood, IHG and Choice in the full-service, select-service and extended-stay tiers.
Fabio received his Masters of Business Administration/Global Management from the University of Phoenix in 2012 and his B.A. from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He not only holds a Food Safety certification from ServSafe but is a Certified Guest Service Provider by the AH&LA.
